He started his own bootcamp company Immortal Fitness 15 years ago in Marlow to help more people get fit and healthy.

He provides personalised coaching and nutrition plans, group training sessions with a close-knit community feel, and an “outside the box” approach to keep things fun.

Stuart has worked with British Olympic athletes, professional boxers, and all types of everyday people looking to transform themselves physically and mentally.

His goal is to boost people’s confidence through fitness and help them achieve their goals.

He emphasises consistency, accountability, moderation, and family-oriented training.

If you want to get into fitness or get in amongst another fitness group, Stuart offers a free intro week so people can see if his bootcamp is right for them before committing.

Katy Kartwheel is a passionate circus artist who fell in love with the craft at age 17.

Today, she runs her own circus academy called Katy Kartwheel Circus located in Marlow where she offers classes for kids and adults in a variety of circus skills using aerial equipment.

Now 42, she feels constantly called to circus continue pursuing circus arts which provide her with purpose, fitness, creativity, and community.

She specialises in doubles trapeze and hula hooping and over the years has developed skills in loads more aerial disciplines.

Katy performs at local events, teaches students of all ages including being hired for children’s parties.

To further top even her own story, she’s also a stuntwoman…
